New · for charterers
Your chartered boats. In the same app as your own fleet.
FluviaPro becomes the first platform that lets you manage, in a single screen, your own fleet and the boats you charter from independent bargees — with their consent, in real time, without them giving you access to their full back-office.
The problem
Today, charterers don't know where their chartered boats are
You charter FLUVIATRANS's boat AMÉTHYSTE for a grain cargo Rouen → Gennevilliers. You want to know: where is the boat, when does it arrive, is it compliant, which locks has it cleared.
Today, you make phone calls. Or you open 3 different websites (AIS, VNF, your spreadsheet). Or you wait for a WhatsApp from the bargee.
FluviaPro connects your charter to the bargee's source, without giving you access to their other clients, invoices or crew. They choose what to share, you see what concerns you. One screen, in real time.
How it works
Three steps, no friction
Search the bargee by company registration number
Exact match only. The database says "yes, this organization exists" or "no, nothing found." No enumeration, no directory leak.
Send a sharing request
The bargee's admin sees a popup on their next login: "[Your organization] wants to follow your chartered boats." They choose the scope and accept or refuse.
Follow in real time
The concerned boats and voyages appear in your app, tagged with a "Chartered · shared by [Bargee]" badge. Read-only. In the same place as your own fleet.
The bargee stays in control
Three sharing levels, revocable at any time
The bargee chooses exactly what to share with you — and can cut the sharing with a single click. You lose access immediately. Every access is logged (GDPR).
- Recommended default By contract
Only the boats and voyages tied to your own contracts. The most restrictive, the most legally defensible.
- Regular partner Selected boats
A sub-list of the fleet, checked boat by boat by the bargee.
- Long-term relationship Whole fleet
All of the bargee's boats, for a trusted partner.
What you see on a chartered boat
Everything you need. Nothing more.
What you see
- Technical identity (name, ENI, dimensions, capacity)
- Real-time AIS position
- Voyage(s) tied to your contract: ports, ETA, locks, tonnage
- Insurance compliance status (valid / expires soon / expired)
- Freight amount from your contract
What you don't see
- Other voyages of the boat (for other charterers)
- Other clients and partners of the bargee
- Invoices with third parties
- Internal documents, notes, messaging
- Crew details (GDPR) — only "operator up to date: yes/no"
Real-time voyage tracking
A chartered voyage, as if it were your own
Live AIS position, full track, locks cleared vs. remaining, live-calculated ETA, remaining distance in km, tonnage and cargo of your contract, freight amount of your contract.
All on the same map as your other voyages. You don't switch tools depending on whether the boat is yours or chartered — one screen, one reflex.
One fleet, two natures
Your own boats and chartered boats, in one place
On the "My fleet" screen, you see a single list. Your boats (neutral badge, full access) and chartered boats (green "Chartered · shared by [Bargee]" badge, read-only access). You never switch tools depending on the boat.
Issue contracts
Send your contracts directly to the bargee's organization
You create a transport contract in FluviaPro and address it to the partner bargee's organization. They receive it in their "Received contracts" inbox and accept or refuse (24 h retention).
On acceptance, the voyage sharing is created automatically — you follow this specific voyage without even having to send a separate sharing request. No more back-and-forth emails with PDFs.
Security & GDPR
The bargee stays the data owner
French hosting
OVH Gravelines, on a French VPS. No data leaves the European Union.
No direct access
The charterer never reads the bargee's database. Every request goes through a secure resolver that filters columns on the fly using a whitelist.
Full access log
Every view of a chartered boat is logged: who, when, what. Consultable by the bargee at any time.
One-click revocation
The bargee can cut the sharing at any moment. The charterer loses access within the second.
Your partner bargees are scattered across 3 different tools?
Let's discuss your needs. We know the charterer's trade and we built FluviaPro with a shipowner who also charters.
