01 · Fleet pilot
The central dashboard: the whole fleet, the voyages under way and the alerts on a single screen. Built for the shipowner who needs the full picture in 10 seconds at the start of the day.
02 · Voyages & locks
The route is computed via EuRIS with every lock along the way, drawn on an OpenStreetMap background. Every event entered on board feeds a complete timeline, and detailed statistics at the end of the voyage.
03 · ES-QIN voyage journal & logbook
The voyage journal builds itself from the events entered, with electronic signature and PDF export. The regulatory ES-QIN logbook keeps the continuous register of the crew and of working and rest times.
04 · Certificate vault
VNF permit, ES-TRIN certificate, licence, LNI attestation, ADN, insurance… for the vessel as well as for every crew member. FluviaPro AI reads the dates, alerts warn you before the deadline, never again a vessel held back for a forgotten document.
05 · Onboard entry
The app designed for the wheelhouse: big tactile buttons, the lock itinerary ticked off along the way, and everything works without network. The bargee enters in a few gestures instead of filling in a notebook.
06 · Inventory & equipment
The catalogue of items carried on each vessel, with suppliers, stock movements and reorder thresholds. So you never again find out you are out of fuel filters the day of a breakdown.
07 · Contracts & billing
Drop in the contract PDF received from the broker: FluviaPro AI extracts the vessel, the ports, the cargo, the price and the conditions. Consignment notes, self-billed invoices and business partners follow right after.
08 · Preventive maintenance
Maintenance plans triggered by time, engine hours or cycles, with reminders before the deadline. Every job is logged: parts, labour, cost and complete history per vessel.
09 · Voyage statistics
At the end of each voyage, FluviaPro computes everything: total duration, effective navigation time, locks cleared, diesel consumed, litres per 100 km and CO₂ per tonne-kilometre. The time breakdown (navigation, locks, loading, moorings) reads at a glance.
10 · Fuel
Every refuelling is recorded (litres, price, supplier) and attached to the voyage. The dashboard aggregates consumption and costs for the whole fleet, month by month, with the price-per-litre trend. FluviaPro AI even estimates the projected consumption of a voyage.
11 · Services
A service describes a transport offering, route, cargo, price per tonne or per day, and groups the voyages that fulfil it (round trip, rotation, campaign). You create a voyage straight from the service and track, on a single screen, the cumulative tonnage, engine hours and fuel of the whole set.
12 · Team & roles
Invite your team, director, skippers, and assign each a role. Permissions are atomic (RBAC): you decide precisely who can view and edit voyages, invoices, certificates, and so on.
13 · FluviaPro AI
FluviaPro AI works in the background everywhere in the platform: it extracts the contracts received from brokers, reads the validity dates of certificates, identifies inventory items by photo or barcode and estimates fuel consumption. A controlled monthly budget, shown in plain figures, with no bad surprises.
14 · Fluvi, the bargee chatbot
Fluvi answers questions on inland navigation (regulations, locks, VNF tags, certificates) and on YOUR data (your boats, voyages, crew, consumption). It also builds your statistics on demand, in plain words: "plot the diesel curve over 12 months", "tonnage by customer in 2025", "tonne·km per boat this quarter". And it acts: create a maintenance task, schedule a voyage, add a part, always with confirmation before every action.
15 · Email inbox
One single address: document@fluviapro.fr. Forward the contracts received from your forwarder, the supplier invoices, the signed letters of voyage. FluviaPro identifies your sender address, files the email in your organisation (strict multi-tenant), stores attachments encrypted in your OVH Gravelines object storage, and feeds the PDFs to FluviaPro AI to create the transport contract, letter of voyage or invoice in one click, no re-typing.
16 · Fleet & crew planning
Two complementary Gantt schedules: the fleet (voyages, upcoming contracts and reservations, boat by boat) and the crew (who is aboard which boat, and when). Planned and actual are told apart by colour, and you assign a crew or reserve a boat straight from the timeline.
17 · Closures & network availability
FluviaPro aggregates scheduled network closures: Avisbat (VNF) for France, EuRIS for other countries. Filter by country, notice type and boat, in list or timeline view, and instantly see which voyages are affected. The official notice opens as a PDF right inside the app.
18 · Control centre — Wall mode
Wall mode turns the fleet map into a full-screen control board, designed for an operations display: real-time AIS positions, key indicators and voyages under way, readable from across the room.
19 · Custom reports
Describe the report you want in one sentence: Fluvi builds it (tables, charts, comparisons) and you save it. Your reports stay one click away, private or shared with your organisation.
20 · Voyage documents
Letters of voyage, contracts and invoices attach automatically to their voyage. From a single screen you find every document of a transport, with its status, and open them as PDFs without leaving the app.
21 · CO₂ footprint
FluviaPro computes the CO₂ of every voyage from the fuel consumed. You choose the scope (combustion only or life cycle) and adjust the emission factors per fuel — ADEME defaults, editable.
22 · Revenue per boat
FluviaPro computes the revenue of every voyage from the contract (or service) price applied to the actual tonnage, fuel clause included. You compare your boats month by month, in tonnage and in euros, without re-entering a single invoice.
23 · Work time
From the ES-QIN logbook, FluviaPro totals per person the work, navigation and rest hours, with the number of days aboard. A CSV export ready to prepare payslips.
24 · Onboard messaging & video
A built-in, sovereign messaging service that replaces scattered WhatsApp groups: per-boat and fleet-wide channels, voice notes, and direct video calls between the quay and the wheelhouse. Nothing ever leaves FluviaPro.
25 · Navigation conditions
For every voyage, the conditions along the route gathered in one place: levels and flow rates from hydrometric stations, weather, weather at the lock, and tide in the estuary. Everything you need to cast off with full awareness.
26 · Bridge air draught
Before departure, FluviaPro identifies the lowest bridge on the route and compares its clearance with the loaded vessel's air draught. No more nasty surprises under a bridge: the margin is calculated, the alert is clear.
27 · Pushed convoys
FluviaPro handles convoys: one pusher and one or more barges, owned or external. Each barge carries its own cargo and consignment note while staying attached to the convoy's voyage.
28 · IENC navigation chart
Beyond the OpenStreetMap basemap, FluviaPro displays the inland electronic navigational chart (IENC, S-57 standard): red / green lateral buoys, bridges, locks. Cached locally to stay readable even without a connection.
29 · Add a boat in an instant
Adding a boat no longer means re-keying everything: enter the MMSI or ENI, and FluviaPro queries AIS, EuRIS and ANFR in parallel and pre-fills the name, dimensions and specifications. All you have to do is check.
30 · Client tracking portal
Share a per-voyage tracking link: your shipper sees the progress, the milestones passed and the estimated time of arrival, read-only and in your company's colours. The link expires after delivery.
31 · Self-service GDPR compliance
FluviaPro builds GDPR rights straight into the application: full export of your data, PDF summary, voluntary subscription suspension and the right to erasure. No need to reach out to support.
32 · Pass of the Day
