What if FluviaPro shuts down?
Your data belongs to you. You can export it at any time (Excel, PDF, CSV). In case of business cessation, we contractually guarantee a complete export and a 6-month transition period to migrate to another tool.
What if I lose internet access?
The onboard tablet works entirely offline. Bargees keep entering data normally, and sync happens automatically when the network returns. For the office, a few hours' outage doesn't affect data safety, it's just temporarily out of view.
Is my data really safe?
OVH Cloud hosting in France (sovereignty guaranteed), end-to-end TLS encryption, passwords hashed with argon2id, encrypted daily backups, annual security audit. See our security page for the full technical details.
Who can see my data?
You, and the users you explicitly authorise (by role: shipowner, bargee, accountant, client). No one at FluviaPro accesses your data without your explicit request (for support, for example), and every access is logged in an audit trail you can consult.
What if your prices go up?
The price you signed up for is guaranteed for life. If we raise prices for new customers, yours stays the same. And you can always cancel with no commitment.
