What is the difference between Solo and Essential?
Solo is a fixed flat fee (€49 ex. VAT/month) for self-employed bargees: 1 vessel, 1 user, with the essentials to run your operation (VNF logbook, certificates, fuel consumption, EuRIS routes, mobile app). As soon as you have several vessels, several users or a shipper directory to manage, move up to Essential (per-vessel billing, unlimited fleet and team).
What is included in the Standard plan?
Standard adds the full commercial and logistics dimension to Essential: transport contracts (with FluviaPro AI analysis), signed consignment notes, invoicing and self-billing (article 289 of the CGI), crew and working-time management, inventory, real-time notices to mariners, multi-loading port calls, services, an advanced fuel dashboard and FluviaPro AI document extraction.
What counts as "one vessel"?
A self-propelled vessel, a pusher or a motorised barge. Non-motorised barges pushed by a pusher are included in the pusher's price.
How does the volume discount work?
For per-vessel plans, a sliding discount is applied automatically based on fleet size: −10% from 5 to 9 vessels, −15% from 10 to 19 vessels, −20% from 20 vessels onward. It stacks with annual billing. The simulator at the top of the page calculates your exact total.
How does the free trial work?
30 days of full access to every feature of your plan, no credit card. At the end of the period, you pick your plan. If you do not subscribe, your data is deleted 30 days later.
Can I change plan during my subscription?
Yes, at any time. An upgrade (Solo → Essential, Essential → Standard, etc.) takes effect immediately with prorated billing. A downgrade takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No on standard plans. You can cancel at any time. The current period remains due (the current month for monthly billing, or the end of the current annual period for annual billing).
How does billing work?
Subscriptions are handled by Stripe Billing. You receive a PDF invoice compliant with French law at each cycle. VAT is handled automatically according to your country.
Does my data stay in France?
Yes, 100%. All business data is hosted by OVH Cloud in France (Gravelines, Roubaix or Strasbourg data centres). See our privacy policy for details.
